By using Ghost Monitor (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the service

The Service connects to your Telegram account, archives incoming messages and media, and notifies you when a message is deleted or edited.

2. Eligibility & acceptable use

You may monitor only your own Telegram account and conversations you are entitled to retain. You agree to comply with Telegram’s Terms and applicable law, and you are solely responsible for how you use recovered content.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for activity conducted through it. Sign-in is handled via Telegram.

4. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may change or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, including that every message will be recovered.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by unlinking your account. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.

We may update these Terms; changes are reflected in the date above.
